Website visits

This site has no forms or accounts. Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs of visits, such as IP address, browser and pages requested, for security and performance.

Phone calls

Calls to the number on this site pass through a call-tracking and routing service, which records details such as the calling number, time, duration and general location, and may record the call for quality and billing. This information is shared with the contractor or routing partner who takes the call so they can respond.

Use of information

We use visit and call information to connect callers with contractors, to bill and audit referrals, to prevent fraud and to improve the site. We do not sell visitor lists.

Children

The site is intended for adult homeowners and is not directed to children under 13.
